The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, is the energy center within our bodies associated with communication, truth, self-expression and creativity, located at the base of the neck. Being associated with the color Blue and the element of Aether, this chakra is responsible for communicating eloquently and with conviction. As the center of communication and creativity, the Throat Chakra allows you to express who you are but also listen deeply to others.

Our Throat Chakra Blend combines Blue Tansy, Champaca, Peppermint, Rosemary, Cypress, Eucalyptus and Rhododendron essential oils to create a synergetic blend that promotes mental clarity and helps overcome fear for effective communication.

Our Throat Chakra Essential Oil Blend is specially crafted with calming aromas to aid in restoring and opening the Throat Chakra.

Inhalation:
Add to a personal inhaler, a drop or two to a tissue wafted away from the nose, or in a aroma diffuser. Take deep inhalations to support clear communication and nurture a sense of self-esteem, confidence and strength.

Topical Application:
Dilute in a carrier oil (5% to 10%) and apply the dilution to the neck area by gently touching or massaging in a clockwise direction.

Our Throat Chakra Essential Oil Blend is not diluted. This pure and undiluted essential oil blend is best used in a diffuser. If topical application is preferred, we do recommend to dilute prior to applying the blend topically.
