If one is working towards becoming a leader, improving self-esteem, or trying to discover one’s purpose, it is important that Solar Plexus Chakra is in well balance.

Our Solar Plexus Chakra Essential Oil Blend is specially crafted with balancing aromas to aid in restoring and opening the Solar Plexus Chakra.

Inhalation:
Add to a personal inhaler, a drop or two to a tissue wafted away from the nose, or in a aroma diffuser. Take deep inhalations to nourish a sense of self-worth with courage, confidence and optimism, while encouraging warmth and graciousness toward others.

Topical Application:
Dilute in a carrier oil (5% to 10%) and apply the dilution to the to the upper abdomen, above the navel by gently touching or massaging in a clockwise direction.

Our Solar Plexus Chakra Essential Oil Blend is not diluted. This pure and undiluted essential oil blend is best used in a diffuser. If topical application is preferred, we do recommend to dilute prior to applying the blend topically.
